New roadshow set to educate regional SMEs

Ipswich-based email marketing agency little green plane has launched a new roadshow to educate the region’s small to medium-sized enterprises on how to expand their order books using best-practice email marketing.

Grow your Business with Email Marketing is set to visit six towns in the east of England over the next 12 months including Ipswich, Norwich, Colchester, Bury St Edmunds, Chelmsford and Cambridge.
The workshops, led by head of email marketing for little green plane Rechenda Smith, will cover email marketing strategy, growing a data list, the perfect email, avoiding spam, creative campaigns, testing and the legal implications.

She said: “The workshops have been designed for business owners and marketing managers who have never used email marketing or have been using it for a while but want to polish their skills. Email marketing is perfect for small businesses because of its cost effectiveness and the high level of reporting you get back from it.

“In fact, according to the Direct Marketing Association you can get a return of £48 for every £1 spent. We’ll be providing all the tips of the trade to educate regional businesses about best practice email marketing so that they go about it in the right way and receive the best conversion rates possible.”
