Aldeburgh Music, a world-renowned performance centre and concert hall, has been using little green plane for its email marketing since July 2010.

The company uses email marketing to boost ticket sales, drive traffic to its website, build awareness, cross promote affiliate events, highlight industry issues and to promote its digital brochures.

James Dobing, media officer for Aldeburgh Music, said:

"little green plane provides us with an excellent and easy-to-use platform with which to communicate effectively to our customers, concert-goers, course participants, supporters and sponsors.

Normally we send out a monthly e-newsletter but through our summer seasons (the Aldeburgh Festival in June and Snape Proms in August) we send out a weekly e-newsletter. We average between a 25-40% open rate and have seen a consistent rise in the number of people signing up to receive our mailings."


Before using little green plane, Aldeburgh Music had a database of around 3,500 subscribers. Within just 12 months of usage, its number have swelled to 10,000.
