Export inactive and active contacts

In order to help you maintain a quality and high performing data list, little green plane provides an inactive contacts checker.

When you import your contacts, we automatically run a useful check on the email addresses to see which ones are ready to send and which ones are broken.

Inactive contacts are email addresses that are incorrect. The addresses may have been spelt wrong or are no longer active (this often occurs when people leave a company).

You can export these to an Excel sheet and use them as a reference to find your correct ones – which you can import straight back into little green plane.

All complete and correct email addresses will be imported directly into little green plane for use. This exercise is undertaken each time you insert a new contact or upload a new list.
