When you send your email, you'll be able to see exactly who, when and how many of your subscribers have opened it – all in real time. We track 'opens' via the code associated with a tiny transparent image in the email that downloads automatically when it's opened.

Email fatigue is a common reason for a low 'open' rate. However, there are several other factors that are more controllable and can increase the number of 'opens', for example subject line, relevant content, appropriate timing and level of personalisation.
