If you are in the position where a client has contacted you requesting to be removed from a contact list, you can use little green plane’s Do Not Mail list function.

The Do Not Mail list is a way of ensuring that the clients email address does not accidently get added again where they had previously asked to be removed.

The list works by blocking email addresses and once their address is in the list, they will never receive another email from your account.

Never send to anyone who has unsubscribed, bounced or marked one of your campaigns as spam with little green plane’s Do Not Mail list feature.

Any email contact that is flagged up as any of these will automatically be transferred into Do Not Mail. This will keep your email marketing campaigns professional and legal.
