Links within your email
Having links within your email is extremely useful and a powerful analysis tool, however recently I have seen that they are not being used to their full potential. Using links to get people to your home page is only the first step –this will only allow you to see that people are interested in reading your email. The really useful information is finding out exactly what specific aspect of your email they are interested in. By adding links to different pages in your website, you will be able to monitor customer click-throughs within reporting and get a more in depth insight of what they are (and aren’t) interested in.
